About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Payments Officer to join our Finance Division. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Payments Supervisor, this onsite role is based out of our Dandenong South location.
What You'll Do
* Make a difference: Ensure accurate and timely processing, auditing, and reporting of payments across multiple entities.
* Innovate and solve problems: Identify and resolve discrepancies, reallocate returned funds, and streamline workflows.
* Collaborate: Work closely with the AP Invoicing team, AR department, and Finance Managers to maintain compliance and efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and support internal stakeholders with payment education and forecasting.
What You'll Bring
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable with strong invoice processing knowledge.
* Technical Capability: Experience with Microsoft Office and an ERP, Pronto and SAP Concur would be a plus.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, critical thinking, adaptability, and excellent communication.
