Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Process new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with precision and efficiency.
* Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service while managing general enquiries with poise and professionalism.
* Deliver high levels of service to clients and insurer partners through effective communication and relationship building.
* Generate quotations and produce monthly production reports to insurers in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain system databases using Excel and Insight, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Vital Qualifications & Experience:
To excel in this role, you will need recent experience in general insurance. While broking is preferred, individuals with experience in claims or underwriting are also considered.
Essential Skills & Software Knowledge:
* Organisational skills: Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Excel: Utilise spreadsheet software to maintain databases, generate reports, and perform data analysis.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills: Effectively communicate with clients, insurer partners, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
