Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, passion for desserts, and reliable punctuality.
Experience in baking is preferred but not essential. However, previous experience working in a team environment is beneficial.
This position requires flexibility with varying hours (4-9 hours per day) on a Monday to Sunday basis. Early starts may be required (1am/3am). Independent work and good communication skills are necessary for success.
