Join our dynamic team in Salamanca / Hobart We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen All-Rounder to join our busy Indian restaurant. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* Assist chefs with food preparation and plating.
* Support kitchen operations including cleaning, dishwashing, and stock rotation.
* Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are always maintained.
* Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
* Flexible to step in across different kitchen duties when required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential – we can train the right person.
* A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work under pressure and follow directions.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent service.
* Interest in Indian cuisine is a plus
