As a Senior Vice President of Sales, you will drive growth in the Banking and Financial Services industry sectors with our global consultancy. Your mission is to lead from the front, building relationships with key corporate clients and crafting innovative solutions that deliver results.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our service offerings.
* Meet or exceed annual revenue, ACV, and TCV targets by developing new opportunities and driving successful closures.
* Build deep relationships with key corporate clients, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions that add significant value.
* Identify and create leads through industry forums, conferences, seminars, cold calling, and networking to maintain a strong business pipeline.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions and lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Banking & Financial Services with a deep understanding of market trends.
* Sales expertise in Business Professional Services with a proven track record in BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.
* Innovative deal structuring skills leveraging offshore, onshore, and hybrid delivery models.
* Strategic leadership ability to develop and execute client-level sales strategies and lead industry pursuits.
* Client-centric mindset comfortable navigating complex organizations, managing high-level negotiations, and driving results in a dynamic environment.
* Proactive and adaptable willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client needs and foster relationships.
