ROMY is an art-led fashion brand with a growing global presence. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to take full ownership of our Shopify store, leading both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of our online business.
This role is suited to an established eCommerce professional who has done this before—someone confident operating as the sole eCommerce lead, able to advise at leadership level, and motivated to help take ROMY's digital channel to its next phase of growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Founder & Creative Director, the eCommerce Manager will be fully accountable for the performance of the ROMY Shopify website. You will own online trading, site execution, product merchandising, and CRM, while also acting as a trusted advisor on eCommerce strategy and digital performance.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for both setting direction and delivering execution, with the autonomy to make decisions and the expectation that you bring informed, commercial recommendations to the table.
While marketing and CRM form part of the remit, the primary focus is eCommerce strategy, Shopify performance, and commercial execution.
This role is based in Hobart, working closely with a small, collaborative team.
