About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part/Full Time Permanent Shift Team Leader – Sales Consultant to join our terminal sales team.
This role combines sales excellence with leadership responsibility, supervising and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service.

About You Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a team of Sales Consultants, Carpark Attendants, and Cleaners as a Shift Team Leader Ability to work autonomously while also guiding and motivating team members Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a dynamic terminal environment Exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Reliable, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and a positive "Can Do" attitude Well presented at all times with a professional approach Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Effective planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster between 6:00 AM and 6:15 PM These attributes will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas: Leadership experience in guiding and supporting teams to achieve goals Senior First Aid and Resuscitation Qualifications Cash handling experience Proven track record of excellent customer service Strong verbal communication skills Accurate time management Strong problem-solving/ conflict management skills Qualification in Telecommunications - Desirable Qualification in Travel and Tourism - Desirable Sales and customer service experience - Essential Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals - Essential Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable Experience in the Transport Industry – Desirable How to ApplyClick APPLY now and attach your cover letter and resume, addressing the success factors required for this position and explaining why you are the ideal candidate for the role.
