Job Opportunity:

This is a 3-month contract for an IT Support Analyst.


Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver first and second-level support to over 30,000 users in the health sector.
* Troubleshoot various Microsoft products.
* Earn high customer satisfaction ratings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ITIL knowledge and excellent communication skills to drive IT service delivery across diverse technology platforms.
