Being a Support Worker means making a positive difference in someone's life and assisting people living with disabilities to live a life full of choice, accomplishment and quality.
Successful applicants will be required to have flexibility for shifts, with specific availability for mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts, with the capacity to build a caseload.
Role/Responsibilities:
To provide high quality support to our clients, by providing in-home support (such as personal care, domestic duties) and accessing social and community programs and activities by supporting participants rights and choice and control.
Qualifications, Certificates and Licences:
* Possession of a current First Aid Certificate & CPR
* Drivers licence
* Utilising of own insured vehicle is essential with Comprehensive Car Insurance
* Current Blue Card & Disability Workers Screening Check or eligibility to apply
* Qualification in Disability Services and/or Community Services is highly desirable but not essential
