The Role
We are currently seeking Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team in the Riverina Region You can choose from our locations: Albury, Wagga Wagga, or Shepparton.
As a Rehab Consultant, your role involves facilitating the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with treatment providers (Doctors, Specialists, Allied Health Professionals) to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
2. Provide clinical opinions and justifications through report writing.
3. Attend workplaces regularly to understand job demands and support safe return to work or ongoing employment.
4. Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention.
5. Build and maintain relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
