Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive the success of Bloom & Grow Flagship brands across Australia. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring efficient allocation of budget resources to maximise impact. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and leverage effective channels to promote Bloom & Grow brands, enhancing sales across retail partners while increasing brand awareness.
- Work with the CEO of the Australian on a marketing strategy for each flagship brand, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives while adapting to local market trends, consumer insights, and competition.
- Utilise market research, consumer insights, and campaign analytics to inform strategic decisions in tandem with line manager and continuously enhance marketing performance.
- Collaborate with sales, brand, ecommerce and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
- Identify and test emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms to enhance brand engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain local partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders, focusing on social media collaborations to expand our community and reach.
- Drive press opportunities through strategic product seeding and campaigns by developing strong media and industry connections.
- Coordinate Bloom & Grow's participation in consumer shows, trade events, and brand activations with external partners as necessary.
- Plan and execute new product and brand launches in alignment with retail activities and e-commerce campaigns.
- Define and monitor KPIs to analyse the impact of marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team across both online and offline channels.
- Lead and mentor the Australian marketing function, managing the social media specialist to deliver campaigns and achieve community growth goals while collaborating with the global marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, building.
- Proven experience in merchandising and retail marketing.
- Familiarity with working alongside vendors, suppliers, and agencies is advantageous.
