The Role
• Supervise shifts across bowling, arcade & diner (weekday and weekends)
• Deliver standout customer service & assist with function bookings and enquiries.
• Lead the team, train new staff & keep morale high.
• Monitor lanes/games, troubleshoot issues & maintain standards.
• Oversee and participate in catering, food prep, service & hygiene.
* Complete start and end of day procedures, rostering duties (as required).
* Assist with stock levels, ordering, and daily operations
* Ensure safety, compliance and smooth shift handovers

About You
• Experience in Hospitality or retail or customer service background (3 years+).
• Confident leading a team & solving problems on the spot.
* Confident to work with our customers and "has a friendly can do attitude"
• Strong communicator and will have good written/email skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Reliable, organised & flexible.
