Associate Specialist, Warehouse Operations
What you'll do
* Consistently follow our established Cosmetic Grading process to deliver a product quality assessment of Laptops and Desktop computers.
* Consistently follow our established windows Imaging process and undertake basic hardware diagnosis tasks.
* Focus on delivering a consistent results while following our established Windows Quality Assurance process.
* Conduct basic repairs on our products, such as installing a new Battery or changing RAM and Storage devices.
* Collaborate with your teammates by completing general warehouse duties as directed: for example, cleaning, sorting, picking and packing.
What You'll Bring
* 1-2 years of experience in computer knowledge
* Strong knowledge of computer repairs and parts
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position
* Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills

* Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm – 38 hours per week
