At Rich Glen, we're not just a business - we're a fourth-generation, family-owned olive estate rooted in the rich soils of Yarrawonga, Victoria. With 36,000 thriving olive trees and a state-of-the-art on-farm processing facility, we proudly produce over 200,000 litres of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) each year.
What sets us apart is our commitment to authenticity, quality, and innovation - all proudly grown, made, and packaged right here on our farm. Our product range includes 85+ artisan food items and a collection of 90+ natural skincare products, all crafted using our olive oil.

* Previous experience in retail sales within the food and/or skincare industry.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Tasks & responsibilities
* Customer Assistance and Tutoring: Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering their questions about products, ingredients, and benefits. Tutore customers on the proper usage of skincare items and the best ways to enjoy food products.
* Sales and Upselling: Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, delivering tailored product recommendations that align with their interests. Utilise proven sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary items, enhancing the overall shopping experience while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Product Demonstrations and Samples: Conduct in-store demonstrations and offer samples to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of new or highlighted products. Ensure customers have the opportunity to experience the products firsthand.
* Inventory and Merchandising: Assist with inventory, including restocking shelves, checking for expired or damaged products, and maintaining an organised and visually appealing store layout. Ensure all products are correctly priced and labelled.
* Customer Feedback and Relationship Building: Actively seek and record customer feedback to help improve products and services. Build strong, positive relationships with repeat customers, providing a personalised and memorable shopping experience to foster customer loyalty.
* Storytelling: Share the unique story of the family-owned business, highlighting the 'made on farm' aspect and the rich history of the business. Engage customers with details of our 180+ products made on the farm in Yarrawonga, the 36,000 olive tree plantation, and the dedication and passion that goes into each and every product.
