We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our Welcome & Services team at Club Med.
About the Role
* Communication Jedi: As the primary point of contact for all communications, you will be responsible for creating and disseminating engaging content across various channels.
* Content Creator: With a passion for photography, video editing, and graphic design, you will produce high-quality visual content to enhance the resort experience.
* Marketing Expert: Analyze monthly results and digital performance to inform marketing strategies and drive additional sales.
* Customer Relations Specialist: Build trust with our guests through exceptional service and proactive communication.
Your Responsibilities
* Produce and distribute engaging content across various screens and mobile applications.
* Collaborate with teams to support content creation and ensure seamless distribution.
* Gather key information from Resort teams and plan effective communication strategies.
* Implement marketing actions to drive additional sales.
* Analyze monthly results and propose action plans to improve performance.
* Share essential information with guests about the village, surrounding area, products, and services offered.
* Ongoing optimization of information dissemination and translation services as needed.
* Perform Guest Relation tasks, including check-in/check-out assistance and responding to negative reviews.
