About The Role
Provide professional, efficient and proactive executive support to optimise and ensure productivity within the Office of the Executive Director.
Period of Appointment
Ongoing - ASAP start date
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours per fortnight
Essential Requirements
1. Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
2. The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
* Conviction checks in the following areas:
o crimes of violence
o sex related offences
o serious drug offences
o crimes involving dishonesty
o serious traffic offences
* Identification check
* Disciplinary actions in previous employment check
