About You
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year completed – Masters Degree for Psychology applicants)
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The Role
- Deliver assessments & counselling to people grappling with sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to guide people toward current careers
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face, and educate employers on health benefits of good work environments
