About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will bring advanced clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals, families and broader community groups. Working within your approved scope of practice, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing and managing complex health needs, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support improved health outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through autonomous practice, using your advanced skills to guide care planning, influence service delivery and provide expert clinical consultation.
In this role, you'll draw on your extensive experience, prescribed educational preparation and ongoing professional development to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care. You will be trusted to provide authoritative clinical advice, uphold professional and legislative standards, and take accountability for your decisions, including delegation and coordination of care. Supported by the LHN Nursing Credentialing Committee, you will contribute to shaping high-quality nursing practice, leading with integrity and fostering excellence across the service.

* Endorsed (or eligible for endorsement) as a Nurse Practitioner with the NMBA
* Extensive advanced nursing practice experience and ongoing professional development
* Strong clinical leadership, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
* Proven ability to provide expert advice, delegate safely and uphold regulatory standards
