About the Role
Truck Centre WA currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to further their career in the Heavy Automotive Road Transport industry. Working as part of a high‑performing team at our Spearwood branch, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts. This role requires you to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face‑to‑face), while also providing parts to our workshop team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, successful applicants will have:
* Previous parts interpreting experience
* Knowledge and interest in the heavy automotive industry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* An energetic and positive can‑do attitude
