Cost & Contract Manager (Facilities Management) at Mission Critical
Salary $125,000 - $135,000 + super and bonus
Responsibilities
* Contract administration for all Australian data centres
* Procurement and purchasing of engineering services and soft services (facilities management)
* Review claims, invoices and variations
* Cost reporting for all active contracts and services
* Managing contractual issues and disputes
* Develop processes and procedures
* Monitoring vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements
* Prepare business cases to support procurement activities
* Develop and review tender packages and evaluations, scope of works, bid templates and reviews
Requirements
* 4 years' experience in facilities management contract administration / procurement role relating to facilities management
* Strong understanding of contract management and administration
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Good leadership and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and administration skills with high attention to detail
* Relevant qualification in facilities, business, engineering or QS
