About the Role
As our Operations and Staffing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
People Support:
* Partnering with the store manager to create the weekly schedule.
* Managing daily payroll tasks and executing the flex worksheet.
* Communicating scheduling (roster) updates to the team.
* Assisting the store manager with hiring and training new employees.
Administration:
* Reviewing and tracking cash audits, deposit logs, and slips.
* Monitoring and reporting progress, problems, and solutions to the leadership team.
* Enforcing standard policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
* Supervising staff to ensure professional customer service.
* Ensuring customers are treated with the utmost respect and care.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous retail or relevant hospitality experience.
* Is a people-person with a knack for coaching and leadership.
* Seeks continuous improvement through feedback and learning.
* Is computer literate and adept at multitasking.
