About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the Launceston area.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team known for their expertise, dedication, and supportive culture. You'll be part of a dynamic group that works hard, collaborates openly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in guiding your team to deliver successful project outcomes and meet critical build milestones. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting your team to achieve project goals through effective coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.

Ensuring all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets in line with our Total Integrated Management System.

Delivering projects in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.

Managing commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration and financial performance.

Championing safety at all levels and fostering a culture of care and accountability.

Promoting environmental responsibility across all project phases.

Attending site meetings and contributing to monthly project reporting.

The ideal candidate will have

Proven experience in commercial construction.

Formal training in Occupational Health and Safety.

Excellent communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.

A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
