The Opportunity Komatsu is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Diesel Fitter to join our Emerald branch. As a key member of the workshop team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of tasks. Working closely with the Service Supervisor, you will help set up processes and guidelines to ensure the workshop operates smoothly, while providing direction and guidance to apprentices and tradespersons.
This role offers the chance to lead a team of 10 Technicians, overseeing servicing and maintenance for a variety of mobile plant equipment, supporting both construction and mining clients across Central Queensland.

Roster Monday to Friday - up to 12 hrs per day (overtime available)
Opportunity for field service work outside of standard hours. Hours 6am to 2.30pm (standard hours)
