We are looking for an Inspection Manager to manage property quality and client experience across our Perth portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Conduct routine property inspections in line with management agreements
* Identify maintenance issues, safety risks, and general property concerns
* Prepare detailed, high‐quality inspection reports including photos and notes
* Ensure all properties meet regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
* Current WA Property Management Registration (essential)
* Minimum 2 years experience as an Inspection Manager
* Demonstrated experience in residential property management inspection
* Ambition and drive for success with a customer‐centric mindset
* Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
* Experience and knowledge of Console and Inspection Express Real Estate are advantageous
* Full driver's licence (essential)
Salary & Benefits
Salary ranges: $50,000 per year (part‐time, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, M‐F) or $70,000 per year (full‐time equivalent). Company car and fuel card provided.
