Secretariat Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Strategic Leadership Team as a Secretariat Support Specialist. This role will provide exceptional support to the team by compiling meeting papers, producing minutes, and managing agendas.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior managers at an executive level, with proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office. They will also possess good written expression, particularly in minute-taking for boards or governance committees. Additionally, they will demonstrate discretion and customer focus, including a high degree of confidentiality and good judgment.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a large complex organization, preferably with experience working in a similar environment. They will also have a working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tāhū o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.

Salary
The salary for this role will be between $59,729 and $80,794, depending on skills and experience.
