Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership Development: Foster innovative joint initiatives between finance and brand teams, from new product development to integrated marketing campaigns
* Relationship Management: Act as the key conduit between finance operations and brand directors, ensuring seamless collaboration at all management levels
* Campaign Leadership: Drive retail finance campaigns, after-sales packages and customer retention strategies that boost satisfaction and profitability
* Dealer Network Support: Collaborate on dealer acquisitions, network planning and franchise development with integrated sales approaches
* Product Innovation: Work with product managers to ensure compliant, market-leading finance solutions that complement brand strategies
* Launch Excellence: Support new model launches with comprehensive finance and marketing integration
What You Bring
* Industry Expertise: 5+ years in finance, automotive or automotive finance
* Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of product marketing, campaign creation and business case development
* Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills across all stakeholder levels
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple short and long-term strategic initiatives simultaneously
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
* Stakeholder Excellence: Expert-level internal and external relationship management experience
