We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team in Wetherill Park, Australia. * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and customer orders
* Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
* Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen setting
* Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
* Current food safety and hygiene certification
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
