Your new roleIn this HR position, you will support the full employee lifecycle locally, working alongside an established HR Officer and partnering closely with regional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:Providing end‑to‑end HR generalist support across recruitment, onboarding and employee relationsActing as the primary HR contact for the Australia regionSupporting compliance with Australian employment legislation and banking regulationsAdvising leaders on performance management, engagement and talent developmentContributing to HR initiatives aligned with regional and global people strategies
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:Several years’ HR experience within banking or financial servicesFluent Mandarin (spoken and written) to support stakeholder communicationStrong understanding of Australian HR practices and employment lawExperience operating in a standalone or small HR functionConfident stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills
Highly Desirable:Experience in international or Asia‑linked banking environmentsExposure to regulated or compliance‑heavy industries
