The Opportunity: We’re looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. You’ll focus on acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite, with a focus on delivering tailored, value-based solutions. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You’ll work closely with pre-sales and product specialists to create incredible buying experiences. What You’ll Do: Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across our commerce and retail products (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud) Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers Develop account plans and lead tailored value-based sales conversations Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS to ensure long-term customer success Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements (as needed) What You Bring: 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail tech Proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-level Understanding of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus) Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer success Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment What’s in it for you?
