The Opportunity:
This role offers an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious customer service representative an opportunity to join a fast-paced and professional team. The rotating roster operates Monday - Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm. CityFM offers Work from home two days per week, at the conclusion of a 2-week in-office training period.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls.
* Resolve, manage, and escalate problems logged by our customers.
* Accurately capture data and work to realistic KPI’s.
* Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customers, both internal and external.
You will be required to:
* 12 months experience working on a helpdesk/call centre – Preferred.
* Exceptional customer service focus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Attend 2 weeks on-site paid training.
