It's been a whirlwind start to 2026, with some great project wins for us in public open space, social housing, student living, residential subdivision and large-scale garden design. We are on the lookout for a Landscape Architect or Senior Landscape Architect (minimum 3+ years' experience) to join our team in either a full time or part-time capacity (minimum 3 days per week).
As part of a Landscape Architecture 'Start Up' less than 12 months old, you'll be an integral part of a growing design team, working directly with the business leader every day and contributing to high quality design, documentation and project delivery across a diverse range of landscape and urban projects.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is reliable, positive, has a 'can-do' attitude and values having fun whilst working.
* Is committed to great design and places high value on delivering social and environmental outcomes through their work.
* Has strong documentation and software skills (at least 3+ years proven experience in landscape documentation delivery using AutoCAD) as well as skills in Adobe Suite. 3D visualisation skills are also highly regarded.
* Has proven experience working across public realm, urban or residential landscape projects.
* Has Australian working rights – unfortunately we don't have the capacity or desire to sponsor.
This is a great opportunity to join a small (but growing) Landscape Architecture team where your daily contribution will be highly valued. You will be working on meaningful projects with a supportive team and there will be endless opportunities for new experiences, mentorship and career growth, if that's what you are looking for.
Our studio is based 2 hours west of Sydney in the stunning Blue Mountains, which inspires our design approach every day. However, we believe in providing a flexible workplace, so we are open to a hybrid/work from home for the right candidate, if that is preferred.
If this sounds like you, then please send a short portfolio demonstrating your landscape architecture work experience, with a brief cover letter expressing your reasons for interest in the position to:
Or you can send a direct message via Linkedin and we are happy to have an initial informal, confidential chat and answer any questions, to see if this could be the right opportunity for you.
