About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Safety Ambassador. As a key member of our mental health inpatient unit, you will play a crucial role in creating safe, respectful, and supportive environments for consumers, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain respectful relationships with consumers, visitors, and staff.
* Engage in proactive rounding to promote safety and situational awareness.
* Assist with de-escalation using calm, person-centered communication.
* Contribute to incident response and support physical restraint when required and appropriate.
* Identify early signs of escalation and escalate concerns to clinical staff.
