About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with people and has a passion for travel, adventure, and the outdoor lifestyle. As a Caravan Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect caravan to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and guide them through the caravan purchasing process.
* Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
* Build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service.
* Manage sales enquiries from walk-ins, phone, and online leads.
* Maintain product knowledge across our caravan range.
* Assist with showroom presentation and display of caravans.
* Work towards and achieve sales targets.
What You Will be Doing
* Meeting customers in the showroom and guiding them through caravan options
* Demonstrating features, layouts, and upgrades that match their travel needs
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
* Following up leads and building long-term customer relationships
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
About You
* Previous sales experience (automotive, RV, or retail sales highly regarded).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Motivated, driven, and results oriented.
* Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
* Professional presentation and positive attitude.
* A passion for caravanning, camping, or outdoor lifestyle is a bonus.
