Executive Culinary Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and service, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing menus that meet the Executive Chef's vision and exceed customer expectations
* Developing and maintaining recipes, training programs, and quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP guidelines and company policies
* Fostering strong relationships with staff, management, and guests, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
* Managing labor schedules, assigning tasks, and overseeing equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or certification from a reputable culinary arts institute or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume full-service food operations
* Demonstrated expertise in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and cost controls
* Exceptional leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies
