We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual for a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist in Burleigh Heads, QLD. This role involves managing customer inquiries via email phone and digital platforms ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent response etiquette, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
* Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to deliver a positive and seamless client interaction
* Strong response etiquette with excellent communication and active listening abilities
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
* Proficiency with CRM and other customer management tools is a plus
