Job Description
The Internal Sales Support is responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to manage stock requirements.
Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Internal Sales Support Should Have
Previous experience in a internal sales support or administrative role, ideally within the Retail industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
