This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company.Your new roleReview coding on requisitions to ensure vouchers are correctly coded to the appropriate GL account and cost centre.Prepare general journals for period end reporting, including accruals, reclassifications, amortizations, and cost allocations.Perform reconciliations of the general ledger, balance sheet, and intercompany balances.Analyze expenses to meet tax compliance requirements.Assist with reporting, tax, and audit compliance tasks.Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled.Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Prepare FBT calculations and manage MVL.Prepare BAS returns and lodge Payment Times reporting to the ATO.Assist with income tax schedules and calculations.Handle TPAR reporting to the ATO.Manage corporate credit cards, including new requests and limit increases.What you need to be successfulExperience with month-end duties and working in a large organization is essential due to the role's complexity. Strong communication skills are vital. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems are preferred, but specific system knowledge is not required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary.What you will receiveAn annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation and additional benefits, potentially including bonuses.
