About the Role

* Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Developing and implementing strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff to foster a positive and high-energy environment
* Managing store operations, including project planning and execution, to ensure a successful launch
* Analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports to inform business decisions
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards while embodying the Salomon spirit
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar leadership role in retail
* A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for outdoor sports and a deep understanding of the Salomon brand and products
* Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
