Your role
We are seeking a Senior Trust Accountant to lead and elevate the trust function for this high‐profile property team. Reporting directly to senior leadership and managing one direct report, you will ensure accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across all trust accounting activities.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day trust accounting operations, ensuring robust controls and compliance with statutory requirements
* Lead, mentor and develop your team member to drive performance and accuracy
* Prepare and review monthly reconciliations, financial reports and trust ledger analyses
* Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting with precision and timeliness
* Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance system efficiencies
* Support strategic initiatives to optimise trust accounting frameworks
Your advantage
* Proven experience in trust accounting within real estate or property services (Cirrus8 experience essential)
* Strong leadership capabilities with previous people management exposure
