About the Role
As a Health & Safety Advisor (Consultant), you'll play an essential role in helping our clients strengthen their safety systems and culture. You'll work across a diverse mix of industries, balancing site work, office work and work‐from‐home flexibility. This role allows you to build new skills, deepen your expertise, and take ownership of meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate workplace risk assessments end‐to‐end
* Conduct WHS audits (desktop and onsite)
* Develop HSMS documentation including policies, procedures and management plans
* Complete Contractor Management Plans and prequalification assessments
* Support incident investigations and safety reviews
* Analyse safety data and prepare high‐quality reports
* Provide onsite WHS advisory support and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years WHS experience in a hands‐on, real‐world environment
* Strong writing and documentation skills
* Confidence facilitating risk assessments
* Ability to communicate with workers and leaders alike

Qualifications
* Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in WHS (essential)
* Auditing or investigation qualifications (desirable)
* RIIRIS401 (or willingness to complete)
* Driver's licence

This role is based in Singleton NSW, however, includes travel to client sites regularly, including regional and remote locations on occasion.
This is a full‐time role (5 days/week); however, 4 days/week, a 9‐day fortnight or an alternative arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
