YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Assist in the coordination and delivery of multiple Supercars events including pre-event administrative planning, logistical support, assisting with venue setup, ensuring smooth event operations, and post-event wrap-up.
REPORTING OF THE ROLE
This role reports to the Head of Events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Event Operations
* Determine signage requirements for allocated events and produce detailed signage plans, liaising with other key departments to ensure all requirements are covered. Work closely with signage contractors to place orders, produce, and install event signage at events as required.
* Manage signage container contents, movements and complete regular audits.
* Assist the Operations Manager when required to oversee the bill of quantities for the event operational requirements and place the necessary orders with suppliers. For example: furniture, containers, forklifts etc.
* Provide administrative support to the Operations Managers, Event Managers and Head of Events as required, including compiling critical event information pre-event, generating post-event reports, and processing purchase orders / invoices.
* Assist the Camping & Accreditation Managers with administration, data entry, communication, and mailout tasks.
* Financial control by operating within event budgets, processing invoices, complying with and following company financial processes.
* Various projects as required and any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time that contribute to the overall success of an event or the company.
Depending on the scope of the event, duties may also include:
Merchandise at Allocated Events
* Coordinate merchandise sites for events including administration, designing areas and producing maps, marking sites and coordinating all logistics on the ground.
Support Categories at Allocated Events
* Assist the Operations Manager with support category management including ensuring temporary infrastructure, equipment and services are provided, developing layout and design, and coordinating all other logistical needs and information for the event.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS)
Education & Experience
* A relevant qualification in event management, sports management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience (internships, volunteer work, or similar roles) in major event coordination & delivery, ideally within the sports or entertainment industries.
Skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Capacity to thrive during long or intensive on-site periods associated with event delivery.
* Willingness to travel and work weekends or after hours as required by events.
