We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations in a peaceful aged care environment. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance and groundskeeping works
* Provide advice on building projects and upgrades
* Manage maintenance systems and records
* Ensure safe and responsible use of equipment and materials
* Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture
* Ensure WHS and fire safety compliance, including contractor oversight
* Participate in on-call arrangements as required
* Liaise with internal teams, residents, families, and external contractors
Requirements:
* Proven leadership and staff management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Valid Driver's Licence and Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
