The Opportunity:
This role offers exposure to high-level sales, strategic decision-making, and beautifully presented property campaigns. You will have full ownership of the sales administration function, allowing the Agent to focus on listing, negotiating, and delivering exceptional outcomes — with you as their right-hand person.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end executive and administrative support to a top-tier Sales Agent
* Full management of all sales listings from pre-list through to settlement
* Coordination of vendors, buyers, solicitors, and external suppliers
* Diary and appointment management
* Attendance and coordination of out-of-office appointments including photoshoots, building and pest inspections, and pre-settlement inspections
* Project management of property preparation to ensure each home is market-ready to a premium standard
* Preparation of listing and appraisal presentations
* Organisation and preparation for open homes and auctions
* Management of agent databases and stock sheets
* Oversee the exchange-to-settlement process, including invoicing and accounts administration
About You
* Proven experience as a Team Manager or Executive Assistant within real estate
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
* Professional, well-presented, and confident dealing with high-end clientele
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and add value
