Central Highlands Regional Council is committed to developing their people. As a result, we are looking for an administration superstar to join our team.
As an Administration Assistant Organisation Support, you will have the opportunity to provide administration support to all areas of council. You will move around the various council departments to support projects, peak times, and leave coverage.
Your administrative expertise and proactive approach will allow you to quickly adapt to your changing environment and work tasks and will allow you to continually diversify your skills.
Working With Us, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Provide a diverse range of administrative support
Prepare and create various documents including reports, agendas and minutes
Complete high volumes of data entry
Collate and analyse relevant data to suit reporting needs
Ensure effective record management
Complete procurements tasks including obtaining quotes, creating requesting and processing invoices
Establish, build, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external parties
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:
Minimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers' licence.
Significant administrative experience within a large, complex organisation
A flexible and resourceful approach and a positive attitude to competing priorities and requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
