Our client is not running the traditional kind of car sales model you might know!
They are looking for a Vehicle Phone Sales Consultant who will answer incoming phone and internet sales and service enquiries for new and used cars.
- Engaging with customers in a highly professional and helpful manner, you will sell vehicles over the phone/online or book in the customer with one of the showroom sales professionals.
- This non-customer-facing role would suit a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude - an ambassador for their dealership.
- Training will be provided to help you achieve and earn.**Skills & Experience**
- Call Centre or switchboard experience desirable
- Personable, helpful and bright phone manner
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and policies
- Competency in the use of computer systems and programs (MS Office) - must be quick on a computer!
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone and internet enquiries in a highly professional and engaging manner
- Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately
- Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs.
**_This is a full-time role that requires availability on a rotating roster on Saturdays and Sundays (work from home on Sundays)._**
