Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding customer requirements and providing targeted solutions
* Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support deal execution
* Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams
* Proactively managing credit and operational risks
* Applying Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as necessary
Requirements:
* Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction
* Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services
* Ability to understand complex business needs and offer innovative solutions
* Experience assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving customers' credit worthiness and credit risk
* Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities and other banking products to suit customers' goals
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiency and create value
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and mitigation strategies
