Club Pilates Springwood is locally owned and family-run, dedicated to making Pilates welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for everybody. Our boutique studios offer more than just workouts — they’re a supportive community where members can build strength, mobility, and confidence at every age and fitness level.
Role: This is a part-time, 4-month contract Sales Associate role based in Springwood, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. There is potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Club Pilates memberships
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain strong knowledge of programs and offerings
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Conduct studio tours
- Manage client accounts
- Participate in community events to boost brand awareness
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in client management software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
