Operations Coordinator Role
This position is pivotal in maintaining seamless workflow dynamics between our clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Task Management: Accurately process and track weekly time sheets for temporary and contract staff to ensure timely completion.
* Clients Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to obtain timely approvals and resolve any discrepancies.
* Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system to enhance operational efficiency.
* Excel Data Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and reconcile operational data to inform business decisions.
* Payroll Support Services: Collaborate with the payroll team to identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
* Intra-Departmental Communication: Effectively communicate with recruitment consultants, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and task completion.
* Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate operational excellence.
