If you're ready to make a tangible impact and help shape the future of energy, we want to hear from you.
With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:
* Lead Strategic Analysis: Drive analytical work across projects and initiatives, applying Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking to deliver impactful solutions.
* Bridge Business & IT: Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment and clarity between stakeholders and delivery teams.
* Facilitate Agile Delivery: Support Agile ceremonies, develop roadmaps and documentation, and collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead to manage team outputs.
* Drive Change & Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation, assess change impacts, and support effective change communication in partnership with the Change Manager.
* Gather & Validate Requirements: Conduct workshops, document business needs, and perform data analysis to ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, provide project updates, and ensure shared understanding across teams.
Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT disciplines (e.g. networking, systems, databases, cybersecurity) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
* Project & Delivery Expertise: Proven experience supporting IT projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Business & Customer Focus: Ability to align IT solutions with business strategy, gather feedback, and deliver customer-centric outcomes that drive value.
* Collaboration & Communication: Skilled in working with multidisciplinary teams and translating business requirements into technical language.
* Data & Analytics: Familiarity with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and deriving insights to support decision-making and innovation.
* Industry & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of the Australian energy market, regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS), and emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and cloud computing.
We think you'll love it here too. Some of our benefits include:
* Competitive remuneration packages, including an attractive incentivised bonus program.
* Generous paid parental leave options that give team members more time to enjoy what matters most.
* Flexible working arrangements, with modern workplaces and technologies that support new, hybrid ways of working.
* An Employee Assistance Program for you and your family when you need it.
