Responsibilities
* Coordinating local cartage and delivery schedules
* Liaising with drivers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure timely movement of goods
* Managing documentation, including delivery dockets, manifests, and proof of delivery
* Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems
* Assisting with problem-solving and responding to delays or delivery issues
* Ensuring compliance with CoR (Chain of Responsibility) and company procedures
About you
* 1-2 years experience in cartage administration
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine interest in freight and logistics
* Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
